Custom Data Collection task not working

Hello All,

When I click on the complete additional data collection task on the onboarding Dashboard, I get an internal error.

I have followed all the steps mentioned in the Implementation guide while creating the custom data collection object, am I missing something here?

It's a RBP Issue for the Onboardee
