Custom Certificate requirements in Brazil

Hello!

We have come across a legal requirement from Brazil to provide learning completion certificates with following fields:

1. Name and signature of employee
2. Course Content
3. Credit hours, date, location and city of training
4. Name and qualification of the instructors
5. Signature of instructor and technical responsible for the training

To provide some context, the Regulatory Standards (NR) are complementary provisions from a chapter of the Consolidation of Labor Laws and regard obligations, rights and duties to be fulfilled by employers and workers.

Would be great to understand how customers are handling this requirement because these are not 'Standard' fields available under 'Certificate Template Editor'

We will try to follow your lead here. Also, we checked via SAP ticket, we have been pointed to using Plateau Report Designer for this.

Dear chetanparadkar,

I saw this requirement before and other customers go for adding the "missing" tokens as part of the standard tokens such as "Class Description" and "Primary Location Description".

I would recommend you to play a bit with this options and check if it is fitting your customer expectations.
