Curricula Notification Update in LMS

Please share how to send remainder notification for any curricula or Item on quarterly basis.

We have annual training and want to send notification on quarterly basis to all the user about these training. IF quarterly is not possible, then based on month or days also is a option.

Currently users got notification 15 days before the end of the year, we want to send the similar notification month or quarter or days basis.
