Hi all,
I hope someone can help me out with this. For our Total Compensation planning we are using all three currencies: Functional, User and Planner currency. All currencies are included in the currency conversion table. But for some reason, if the planner set's the currency view to 'Planner Currency' the amounts of the employees that are not in the default functional currency (EUR) aren't converted.
So as an example:
The functional currency is EUR, the employees local currency is CHF, and the planners currency is GBP. The Local currency will show the correct CHF amount, the Functional currency is correctly converted and shows the right EUR amount, but the GBP isn't converted, it just shows the same amount as the CHF (Local Currency), but then with the GBP sign £.
I hope someone can help me out 🙂
Request clarification before answering.
I quickly found my own answer, as there was only a conversion table for the functional to the local currency's and no conversion for other currencies.
I have now added the conversion for GBP to CHF and it worked.
