Crossboarding user not appearing under Onboarding 2.0 Dashboard

Hi,

I have configured internal hire in Onboarding 2.0 and I have iniatiated an internal hire from the employee central. But candiate is not showing in onboarding dashboard. Can someone help me on the same.

Thanks for your answer.

I have checked the event transfer rule and Crossboarding initiation rule both rules were configured. Still crossboarding candidate is not appearing.

I did not find any errors in BPE monitor also.

pls check ISC events for below :

1.Employment transfer- event transfer rule takes care

2. Crossboarding initiated- initiate internal hire rule takes care

if events is not raised in any one of events ,then crossboarding will not appear
