Crossboarding overwrittes data in EC

Hello,

We have implemeted crossboarding 2.0 in SAP SuccessFactors. We are sending only 1 pay component i.e. Base salary from offer approval - recruiting to CRB (EC). As soon as "Initate Onboarding" is clicked for internal hire, the data is directly published to EC. Since we send only 1 pay component, only that gets updated and all other existing ones gets overwitten.

Is there is any way to have a valdiation before the data getting pucblished to EC?

There are alot of Pay components, so we cannot have all of them available in recruiting? How can we stop this getting overwitten?

Appreciate if someone have faced a similar issue and had some solution. Please feel free to add your thoughts, suggestions.

Before the last release this was the expected behaviour, need to check it anything has changed.

Thanks Nathan, I dont think there is anything changed in this release. How do you handle sitution here? have you faced something similar?
