Crossboarding not initiated from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

Hello All,

I'm not able to successfully initiate Crossboarding via RCM, even though I followed all the implementation steps as described in the handbook and community, after the successful onboarding initiation, the internal candidates do not appear in onboarding dashboard. I've created the Event Reason, Business Rule, Crossboarding flow and added rules regarding the process variant.

Does the event reason needs to be passed by using a specific business rule to set the Event Reason for internal hires initiated from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, since the event reason is mapped in the Recruit-to-Hire Data Mapping tool?

Any suggestions on what is missing?

P.S. I managed to initiate the Crossboarding from EC and the employee appeared in the onboarding dashboard.

If after successful onboarding initiation, if the internal candidates do not appear in onboarding dashboard then most likely it has failed during HRIS save. You can confirm that in BPE monitor process.

event reason can be passed via R2h tool or business rule . anything is fine .

i strongly suspect with data issue since same working from EC
