Crossboarding Home PAge Cards

Hello,

We have noticed that Home Page Cards intended for Onboardees are visible for Crossboardees.

We have home page cards configured that have visibility set to 180 days before start date and 30 days after start date. So, since we want new hires to see the card for 30 days after their first date, we had to put an Employee target group not just the OnboardingExternalUser target role. 

However, we have noticed that when an employee goes through Crossboarding, this card shows for the employee. Our expectation is that it should not as their start date with the organization is in the past. 

Note, this does not happen for employees who are transferred directly from Employee Profile.
