Cross entity business rule to make sure job and comp effective dates are the same

Hi,

Has anyone set up business rules to ensure that the dates in the Job Info and Comp Info portlets are the same? This is a requirement from one of my clients, and I would like to hear about your experience and how this was achieved before we proceed.
