Cross Domain Proxlet - Timeout Communication Error

Since the 1H2024 update, SF Learning has been timing out and logging learners off while learners are completing any of our assessments that are built using Articulate Quizmaker 360 software. This was not happening before the 1H2024 update, and all assessments that were working without timing out before this update are now timing out.

Just wondering if anyone else is running into this issue?

@colleenwong, as far as I know, there isn't a course timeout bug happening in Learning. I'd point out three things to be checked, and they're not related to the 1H2024 system version:

  1. Check the "contentStructurePageKeepAliveInterval" setting value and make sure it's "300".
  2. Check the "httpSessionTimeout" setting value and make sure it's "1800".
  3. Check if the Articulate Quizmaker 360 contents aren't sending any "exit" parameter as the users advance on them. This would cause logout/timeout problems in Learning.
