Hi!
I need to implement CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) for a customer but I have no idea of how many hours to charge. Have any of you done it before? A mate has done it for 90 hours but I think it is too much.
Please provide me some help here!

Hi kenia !
I hope you are doing great,
There are two different aspects here, enabling CRM is quite simple, this can be done in a couple of hours with a simple status set to explain it to the customer and enable them, after that is typically a customer admin activity. However, if you are collecting the customer requirements for their talent pools statuses and will be configuring them yourself then i would say 1-2 hours per talent pipelines. I dont see customers having tens of talent pipelines so I agree with on your 90 hours assessment :).
Have a great day.
Best regards,
Omar Shawky
