Creation of Internal Candidates

Hi Experts,

When we transfer internal employees from HR system to E-rec system, Will Internal Candidates(NA) create automatically??. I mean All employees should be assigned with reference user "RCF_CAND_INT" and managers should assigned with "RCF_MANAGER", Candidate(NA) should be created.

Hi Harish,

Yes, the candidate objects are created automatically if you follow the explanaitions and settings described in note 997181.

What system can't do is recognize who is a manager and who an ordinary employee. So all new employees will be created with reference user RCF_CAND_INT and then you will need to switch it manually to RCF_MANAGER.

Hi Nicole,

The note "997181" is applicable to Software component "ERECRUIT", Release 604, From Release 604 and To Release 604.

Our Software component is "ERECRUIT", Release 605, Level 0008 and Highest Support Package "SAPK-60508INERECRUIT".

Kindly assist us for creation of Internal Users automatically with Reference user "RCF_CAND_INT" in E-recruitment system, when we replicated Personnel number from HR system to E-Rec system.

Hi Harish,

That is the usual HR integration note and it is valid for all releases above 604 which are using the BP integration.
