Creating one view of absences via Report Centre

Hi, here is the scenario I'm trying to create:

A line manager with ten direct reports wants a single view of their team's sickness absence over the calendar year. To include the sickness reason and how long the sickness was (in days or hours) without clicking into each team members Time Off profile. Can this be created in Report Centre in a Tile or Dashboard?
