Creating Formal Training Materials Using SAP Enable Now

We need to create formal training materials for End Users to enable them on SAP S4 Hana system. One of the training deliverables include Instructor-led Training (ILT) materials. The Client requested to create ILT materials using SAP Enable Now (SEN).

Instructor-led Training materials are typically created as PowerPoint presentations, which show the slides with content and Facilitator/Instructor notes.

I believe that in SAP Enable Now, I can author e-learning courses, simulations, and job aids (manuals). However, authoring Instructor-led Training PowerPoint presentations is not possible in SEN, as there is no inbuilt PowerPoint like tool/plugin available within SAP Enable Now. Please confirm. So, I assume that I can create PowerPoint presentations externally and upload them to SAP Enable Now to store them in the SEN Content library. Does this sound fine?

Also, is it possible to import externally-created PowerPoint presentations into SEN as courses/content objects? Kindly help.

Hope you are fine.

Yes. Of course, you can deliver Instructor-led Training using SEN. Enable Now provides a functionality to convert PPT to book pages. Each slide is converted into a book page, but the PPT objects are not editable within Enable Now (Still there is a custom script to edit it).

Consider setting resolution for each PowerPoint slide before import to desired import size into Enable Now. To import, go to Tools -> Import -> PowerPoint as Book option in Producer. You can also import selected slides from PowerPoint slide. To do this, you need to open the PPT file and select all the necessary slides to perform this operation.
