We would like to enable WFA on HANA for a new client and this is our first implementation of WFA. We followed the instructions from the Implementation Kit and raised a support case with SAP to check provisioning settings and upload the standard measure template, however their response was the following:
Could you please let us know whether the provisioning settings and enablement of standard measures is still done by SAP or do we need to do this as the implementation partner?
On our side, we already ticked the "Customer has Workforce Analytics License" setting in provisioning. What would be the next steps in order to create the WFA instance? Are there any additional steps that we have to follow to enable/create the WFA on HANA instance or is it done by SAP?

Hi @Marina_Popa - the only thing that support need to do is just upload the measure template, the rest of settings are done by implementation partner. This forum does not handle uploading measure template in case the support still asked you to check here. You can forward this response to support if needed.
There are several guides provided, the number on the file name is to identify the order. There are two template configurations:

Hi @Marina_Popa - you can start import the template configuration, no need to wait for measure template upload. The measure template is needed when you want to view the measures on WFA site.
