There are currently 7 state wage (related) forms completed by new hires as part of the onboarding process at our organization
These forms are not currently included as part of the delivered compliance forms from SuccessFactors. The New York State Pay Rate form is being considered for the SuccessFactors 2024 1H or 2H release updates.
How can we add these state wage forms as custom forms in SuccessFactors onboarding? In addition to the creation of the custom forms, we will need to create the fields on the forms as custom fields in Employee Central to populate the forms.
How can my team create these for the State Wage Forms?

I'd be more inclined to create them as custom forms via adobe, but there are written out steps on how to make custom compliance forms:
