What is the recommended solution for creating agreements that employees need to sign?
We have several types of agreements that we want to digitize and simplify, so that managers and/or employees can enter into agreements directly in SAP SF. For example, we have agreements for remote work, agreements for extended rights to overtime, and more.
For now I set this up using Custom MDFs, but a weakness here is that there is no clear approval flow after it is approved, and there are very limited text/description options in the MDF objects, so they become quite simple/disorganized. I miss a more robust way to create agreements that employees can approve/sign.
What are the recommended way to do this within Sap SuccessFactors, if possible?
