Created SCORM content without Navigation but it is not working in iPhone

Dear All, 

I am facing an issue, I have created content in SAP SEN with the help of a Book Page. In that book page, I have maintained the control for no Navigation visualization to avoid backward and forward movement of the video, and the Video starts automatically, also maintained the required config for the Mobile screen as well as DEMO mode as well as book page. After exporting the content, scorm 1.2 Zip file got generated, that file needs to be uploaded to the LMS and assigned as a course. When that content is run on mobile, it is not run immediately need to tap on the screen, and after tapping, it works as expected. However, it does not work as expected on IPHONE; it shows the navigation, backward, and forward buttons and uses the player AIRPLAY.

Can anyone help with this? Why is this not working without TAP on screen in Android, and how to get rid of navigation in IPHONE

Hi Amar,

I suspect that the issue with the content not playing is being caused by your browser settings.  Chrome has a setting that prevents content, such as video or audio, from auto starting unless the user interacts with the content.  You can bypass that setting by adding the Enable Now URL to the Chrome settings that allow content to auto play.

I'm not sure if the other issue with playback on Apple devices is caused by the iPhone or SF but you can disable Airplay on your iPhone to see if that fixes the issue.  If it does, there might be a setting in SF that you can use to do this for you but I'm not certain on this one.
