Create Worksheet for new manager(s) does not work in Update All Worksheet

We are facing a wired issue with Create Worksheet for new manager(s) option. The issue is happening with Total Compensation form, but works fine with Compensation form.

We have already launched the forms, and have scheduled Updated Compensation Forms for Template job with settings apart from others:

* Create worksheet for new manager - we have given worksheet name and head of planning ID.

* Move compensation data from old to new manager

. But new worksheet for new manager is not getting created. The error says 'WARNING - Unable to move the user XXX from the old manager form BBPlanning OldManagername to the new manager form to reflect manager change, because the new manager NewManagername either has no form or has multiple forms. '

Hi @swagatikapanda 

"we have given worksheet name and head of planning ID" : as per discussion on other community chat are you sure you have entered the person who sits at the very top of the orgchart for the planning method selected ? most of the time this is the issue. 

The system needs to create a worksheet first so it can route the employee. If "Create new worksheet for new manager" fails then "Move employee from old to new manager" will fail automatically too.

If you did enter the CEO or whoever sits on top of orgchart in your mass update worksheets job for "Create a form for new manager" then please create a support ticket as I won't be able to help more, it should work.
