Create Performance Target and Talent Development Target Templates

Hello，

Every year, we need to create new goal templates, goal setting templates, and evaluation templates.

There are many templates that need to be re-created, and we need to synchronize the configuration reports for the new templates.

Can we reuse the same set of goal templates, goal setting templates, and evaluation templates? Will it result in the loss of past data?

That's my confusion

Hi yangpanpan ,

You can save as the Template with new name which will copy the existing configuration with New Template id.

If you use same Template id then there will be data loss ,kindly save as the previous year configuration and gave a new name and updated setting as per requirement ,this way you can utilise previous year configuration ,please mark this as answer if this help so that other can get benefits from this response.
