Create Form button in PMGM in Inbox - how do we remove it?

Hi all, noticed in 2H 2023 in PMGM the button Create From exists.  This is not part of our process and I'd like to remove it.  Can anyone advise how to do this?  Thanks. Mary. #PMGM

We would like to know also, the create form is not part of our process either and are looking to find out how to delete this button. Thanks

I should add that I do not believe there was a change in behavior for this functionality in 2H 2024, even with the new MyForm Inbox UI update.

Interesting as we did not see the Create Form even as admins prior to 2H 2023. Thanks

Please note removing the permission may also result in losing access to create other forms. We wanted to remove the button however our users do not have access to create PMGM forms hence the button does not do anything even it appears in the PMGM inbox. We have managers who have access to create other forms such as offer etc which works on the same permission - General user permissions-Permission to create forms.

Hi @marytsekouras @NatPaquette 

This button is controlled by the following RBP: General User Permission --> Permission to Create Forms. Removing this permission would also remove the button from the Performance Inbox.

Please note - I would not recommend removing it from Admin users since it would also prevent them to use the Launch Forms tool.
