Create an Alert/Notification when a position is created for a specific Pay Grade.

Hi,

Can we create an Alert/Notification for a specific group of people when positions are created under a specific Pay Grade?

Example: An Alert/Notification should be triggered only for the HRIS team when a position under a Director-level pay grade is created.
