create Alert THE SAME DAY a termination is created (not the termination date itself)

Hi Team

I am creating this termination alert (not finished yet)

The idea is to trigger it and make the TO-DO card appear in the employee Home Page THE SAME DAY i am triggering the Termination, not the real termination date which will be usually in the future.

Is there any options among those in the business rules to do this?

The flow looks correct, so that should be possible (If I'm not mistaken the employee should be in the approval step of the workflow for the tile to appear).
