Create a custom "Welcome Email" and send it to new users - SAP Enable Now

I would like to know if there is a possibility of creating a welcome email for all new users registered in a Work Area. Is it possible to do this? If it's not possible to specify by Work Area, for the platform as a whole, is it possible to send a customized welcome email? Thanks, in advance!

Hi,

It's not possible to send a welcome email by Workarea but it is possible to send an email when the user first accesses Enable Now.  The normal purpose of this email is to share data privacy information but the email content can be customized so you can send whatever information that you like.
