We want to share a direct link to course which if clicked by any users should start tracking the progress of that Enable now course which can be tracked by the course creator in SAP Enable now Manager, Is it possible?
If yes how?
Where can I check all the information about creating a course which has Book, Bookpages, simulations and a quiz at the end, as I have created this content but unable to create a sharable link which can be shared to end users.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Shubham,
Yes, this is absolutely possible. To publish content through Manager, take a look at the Getting Started with Enable Now guide. Once on the page, click the button called Distributing Enable Now Content and then click the Publishing Enable Now Content through Manager link in the Resources section. Watch that video.
To track the completion of content consumed from Manager, you must setup your Playback Settings. To learn how do this, start in the Getting Started with Enable Now guide again. Click the Reporting on Enable Now Content Consumption button and then click the SAP Reporting and Analytics Overview link in the Resources section. Watch at least the first part of this session that explains how to setup your Workarea Permissions to track content consumption.
Regards
Shane

Make sure the link you provide is taken from the Assignment itself - you can get this from the Administration > Assignments page. It should be in the format:
https://xxxxxxxx.enable-now.cloud.sap/wa/training/~tag/published/index.html?show=book!BO_40E45DA3C2A...&assignmentId=C_D95C4F56B33641A7B220113493D9B833&startMode=start
The key thing is it must have the part in bold.
