create a check through a unique identifier

Hi Team,

We have a requirement Validation tool – As a mandatory step, when a sourcing partner uploads a profile, the candidate mobile number and email id are required in the beginning. If the same exists in our ATS, the partner is informed that the candidate is duplicate.
In a similar manner I want to create a check through a unique identifier which could be a Aadhar or Pan card, and it should run the same to a database which I will upload in the system. If the same exists in that database, it should be highlighted.
