Course assigned to a Curricula is not showing to the end user

Hi everyone!

We have a SCORM course assigned to a Curricula and when we launch the curricula all the other items show properly to the end users but this specific one doesn't. When we try to assign only this course to the end user, then it's showing.

Do you have any thoughts to share about this?

@MarianeMelo, is it related to retraining and the "learningPlanQualItemsAndRequirementsDisplayThreshold" setting?

Hi! No, it’s not related to these topics. And the configuration is the same for all items, it’s just this course that is not displaying. Thanks.

Ok. I’m trying to connect the dots. So, if you pick any of the affected users, and check this user’s history, was the course already completed at least once? And in the curricula, does this course hold a retraining setup?

The course was completed for the user.
