Country/region mandatory in Emergency contact

I'm trying to edit a main emergency contact but i got the error: "Country/region is mandatory and can't be blank", however, I don't have that field in the block.

Can you please check for any field dependencies or business rules that may enforce the mandatory requirement for the "Country/region" field, even if it is not visibly displayed in the block. Examine the configuration settings or seek guidance from your system administrator to identify any potential dependencies.
