Hi Expert,

Looking for Employee central Termination process flow

I want to know how the Termination event will be created and how a manager can access the same , how to add event reasons to that etc..

you can build your own termination process as well, ie using MDF, in general termination can be triggered by Manager ie using Take action or HR admin
