Copy Position workflow not triggering

Hi All,

When we copy Position from Org Chart or Manage Data, workflow is not triggering, but when we create a new position or peer level or lower level, then the workflow is triggering.

I have updated in Position Management settings in UI Customizing as below

I have below rules for Position workflow in "SAVE Rules".

SFCC_PosMgmt_PositionCreateUpdate_WF

Let me know if any changes are required in the rule.

Workflow is triggering, if I copy position from Org Chart. But, when I copy from Manage data it is not triggering.

Thanks for the reply, I tried removing the correct operation, but it didn't work.

Remove the data operation = correct > save > try again.

And also, Position reason code is showing as Update Position instead of New Position.

Yes, I activated trace and when I try to make any changes to the previous record value, Workflow is not triggering.

nathanwilkinson - Can you please let me know which switch you are mentioning?

Have you enabled the setting for this, as I recall there is an additional switch.

Did you try a rule trace, because for us its also just guessing which criteria may not be met?
