Is there any way to copy the Onboarding custom task data to off-boarding custom task?
We tried using the same object in Onboarding and Off-onboarding and system is showing blank fields in off-boarding. Additional, user is getting error while clicking on Submit button.
We also tried some business rules to copy the data but again data is not coming from Onboarding custom task.
Additionally, we tried Integration center to copy the data and again fields are coming blank in Off-boarding but data is visible in manage data>Off-boarding Task object and user is getting error while submitting the task.
What we understood that currently system is always trying to create a new record in manage data instead of updating the existing record and thats why user is getting error while submitting the task.
Can you please share your views?
