Cooling period check

Hi Experts,

In sap e recruitment system parameter settings, we are finding one entry against the combination (RECFA, COOLP Cooling Period - Number of Days), but I am unable to find as how it can be used in E recruitment.

Can you please help me understand this cooling period functionality,

Is this a custom switch? Is it available in client 000 too?

Sorry, but I can't find any switch in T77S0 named RECFA COOLP.
