CONTROL BAR

Hi,

I have a problem with control bar (back / next) when i preview th book, because it doesn't show; however, I don't have configurated that this is suppressed.

Any know how can i fix thah problem.

Make sure the setting book reader > Hide Book Panel - for the Book, not the Book Page - is not selected. (And make sure you are in Advanced Layout view, else you won't see this setting.)

I could fix it, My producer has two "Playback Settings" (I don´t know the reason) and one of them was righ configurated but the other wasn't.

The whole Control bar isn't displayed, or just the back/next button. The entire bar can be suppressed in a couple of different places:

• Playback Settings > trainer > Control bar > Hide Control Bar
• Playback Settings > book reader > Control bar > Hide Control Bar
• Book > book reader Properties > Hide * Controls (should still show, but will be empty if you hide everything)

Check all of them. Also, make sure it's not just at the bottom.

The back/next buttons can be suppressed from a lot more places (as Show/Hide Navigation) - particularly at the slide level, and possibly in response to events on the page object itself.

Is this everywhere, or just a specific Book?

The problem is everywhere and I can't see Control bar (all)

I reviewed the Playback Settings and the 3 settings you mencioned are disabled.

It is a Resource. You need to Start Editing first. But that doesn't look like your problem as those settings are correct. Make sure all your Resources are published (including the relevant Trainer Style resource). See if that makes a difference.
