Hello Everyone,
We have a problem regarding the display and calculation of "Contractual Working Time".
The Situation is as follows:
Customer uses Time Tracking in combination with a third party shift planning tool.
This tool imports individual workschedules for employees as per shift requirements.
However this lead to a situation where the schedule working time from the workschedule can in fact be different from the contractual working time as from the contract agreement.
This causes a miscalculation for FLEX times as the threshold is not correct.
Now to portrait and calculate that correctly in the system we implemented an "extra" time type called "Contractual Working Time" and put it via an aggregation TV into the time sheet.
We then replaced the scheduled working time in the FLEX TV with the extra time and it worked perfectly.
Then we made an SF to SF integration so that this process is performed daily and automatically.
This also works nicely HOWEVER there is just one catch:
Holidays need to be exempted from that integration. That might sound easy but is not easy to pull off at all.
I was wondering how to other companies do that? Because every company that has thirdparty shiftplanning tools as well has the same problem.
I already did a customer influence request which you can find here:

Please share your ideas, comments and suggestions.
It is highly appreciated!
Thank you very much
Kind Regards,
