reason could be that employee did a 1:1 meeting with manager and while completing the meeting, system prompts that it will remove any activity marked as completed/cancelled from the activity view dashboard. So that's why you may be witnessing that an activity disapper from Activity dashboard view. This is the default system setting and can be configured at Admin Center > Manage Continuous Performance Management and if you don't want activities to be removed from activites view, then remove that configuration.
For this query how can you audit activities if you think they may have been deleted?
Thank you Ujjal, this was very helpful. I also discovered that even though the Completed activities are missing from the Activity dashboard, the user can find them within the GOALS section. Those completed activities will be grouped with the individual goal they were tied to.
