Hello,
All of the Continuous Feedback notifications are working for me except no email notification is received when someone declines to provide feedback. A user requests feedback, an email is sent asking for feedback. If feedback is provided, an email is generated for the requestor that feedback has been received. Why would a decline to give feedback not generate an email?
