Our client is moving from SAP to EC but interfaces will continue from SAP on prem.
1) Can anyone please suggest whether we use SCWK or our Conversion hire event reason to import the contingent workers as part of EC conversions.
2) In SAP client hires the contractors like normal employees but captures less data for contractors. As we have to replicate the data from EC to SAP on prem i believe we would need the biographical info as well.
Can you please suggest.
