Can some help us and explain, how to create context help step-by-step in SAP enable now in the producer?

We would appreciate detail step-by-step guide, because we cannot get to the point were we get to the tiles and content for the context help.

What is the difference between Desktop Assistant and Web Assistant?

in case your question isn't already answered, please let me suggest the following.

Have a look at the Infocenter, there is a special section about creation of content for the Desktop Assistant. We have a lot of training nuggets and book pages explaining how to get started.

The main difference between these two performance help tools is that the Desktop Assistant can be used for locally installed software (not only SAP software) and is launched as a cloud component by the users. The Web Assistant runs in the browser within the target application and is currently available for selected SAP cloud applications and it also provides SAP made standard content for these applications.
