Content not playing? Check your Trainer resource.

Hello all, we received Cloud 2305 SEN over the weekend. If your content says "Loading" but never displays to an end user (or in the Preview In Browser button in Producer), check your Trainer. The new Trainer did not autoselect as default for us. In each Manager workarea, select the new Trainer resource and click Activate in the upper right corner. Then your content should display again. Master Author should do the same thing for each workarea in Producer - select the newest Trainer in the Resources and click the Set As Default button (the "heart") at the top of the Properties pane.

Hi, I have only one workarea did not set to the latest version of the trainer object, while all the other workareas are set. I was wondering if this is a random scenario where there will be some workarea got the latest trainer while some don't?

Mine seem to be because it was an Extended workarea. I think the Extended nature of the workarea confuses it. I could be wrong though.

Hi bartrhoten , mine is also because of extended workarea. However, the base workarea is indeed using the latest version of trainer. Not sure why the extended one didn't pick it up.

Yes, I can confirm the mentioned steps above.

Yesterday, the trainer version was not available in the ressources. After opeing a ticket it was and I set it active in Producer. Unfortunately, it seems it's not completely done when it's only set as default in Producer.
