Content is not loading for Custom AICC Wrapper

We have created a Custom AICC wrapper by following the KBA 2317484 - How to Customise AICC Wrapper - [LMS]

Parameters:  docURL=/learning/user/onlineaccess/icontent.do?Course=CUSTOM_eu&url=/self-managed/Wrapper_Test/ProccedCancel/AUP_EN_Celestica_2.pdf

When we launch the item, it is not able to find the PDF placed in the iContent server. We tried with various other URLs, but none are working.

Both Custom AICC wrapper and the PDF content file is placed in the iContent server.

The URL prefix is taken from the Content Deployment location. 
/learning/user/onlineaccess/icontent.do?Course=CUSTOM_eu&url=/self-managed/

Please advise if we have missed anything.

@RupB, the situation may not be related to the custom AICC wrapper. If you launch the content using the standard AICC wrapper or without any wrapper, does the "404" happen?

The content opens correctly while accessing using standard AICC wrapper. I could also launch the PDF by opening another tab next to the LMS by using the link as https://celestica.plateau.com/icontent_e/CUSTOM_eu/celestica/self-managed/Wrapper_Test_12052024_2/AU...
