Consensus meeting for candidate selection

I would like to use the appraisal template to capture the details of the consensus meeting during candidate selection. Would you know, how I can integrate the document into e-recruiting application. For example, how can the recruiter access it (should they be given access to phap_catalog) and how can it be made visible in the candidate profile.

Hello Kumarappa,

You can make a questionnaire/appraisal available in the application wizard if you add it with activity 'questionnaire in application wizard' to the process template used in your requisition.

A recruiter can add it questionnaires also to candidates via the questionnaire activities where he can either complete it himself or send it to the candidate by email.

The appraisal document will be used only by the recruiters to capture the initial telephone call details. How do I attach it to an activity?

Hello,

You have a standard activity called 'questionnaires' and this one you can add at recruiter side. In it you choose the questionnaire to be used. If it is always the same, you can also think about putting it in a process template, assign this one to the requisition. In that case if the recruiter creates that activity, it is automatically defaulted with the questionnaire you maintained in the process template.
