Connection to remote workarea not ready - long delay

I have created a connected workarea connecting it to central Enable Now Manager for standard Learning App content. I read on one of the earlier questions that it may take about 30 min to connect but in my case it has been over 15 hours and I am still getting the message on the below screenshot.

Please advise.

No progress on this front... it has been over two days! Unfortunately, I cannot even edit or delete this workarea and start over. I am not sure how to fix this situation.

That looks like the 'old format' URL. Try:

https://education.hana.ondemand.com/education/pub/s4

Further to my previous comment, when I created this workarea, I did not put anything proxy fields and added 'customer' in the Username field.

Hello Shane,

Here is the URL that I used - https://education.hana.ondemand.com/education/wa/s4/~tag/published

I got the purple box next to the workarea saying it is 'connected' but then it is 'not ready' since last Thursday.

Hi Parm,

Yes, it should definitely have content by now so there is likely an issue. What URL did you connect to?
