We have setup a B2B tunnel between customer and SAP to access SAP Commission Database (Landing Pad DB (LP DB) and SAP Commission EXT database (EXT DB)). Custom procs for data integration (DI) are created in LP DB and for reporting, stage hooks custom procs are created in EXT DB.
Below is the flow -------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Customer server --> direct call to SAP Landing Pad DB procs
2) Customer server --> call to EXT DB procs using DB links
3) Customer server --> ssh to SAP Landing Pad server --> call EXT DB procs
We have below issue during above flow -------------------------------------------------------------
If the procedure runs for around more than ~10 to 15 minutes the LP or EXT DB procs that gets executed from the the customer server does not return the return code back to customer server even after successful completion of the DB proc. We want to understand what's the issue.
