We have just migrated to cloud, and I was able to download the App Launcher but when trying to open the Producer and/or Instant Producer I receive the following error... "Connection Error [0x00002EE2]". We have tried reinstalling the App Launcher and I have confirmed that I have proper Work Area permissions. We have tried basic browser troubleshooting and have restarted the laptop. We have tried opening producer for a smaller work area with minimal content. Please advice. Thank you in advance.

Please troubleshoot it with your network/securty team. This error means that SAP Enable Now Producer cannot establish the connection to your SAP Enable Now Cloud Manager and start downloading the required files. Highly likely restrictions on the firewall/proxy server/SSL traffic inspection are causing this.
Restarting the laptop/re-installing App Launcher and switching the workarea won't help.
