Connecting FTE and Pay Component fields

Hello All,

I wished to know if SAP offers something standard to connect FTE and Pay Components. What we are looking for, is that whenever someone changes an employee's FTE, the respective Pay Component must get updated as well. This is to ensure that an employee gets his/her salary based on his/her FTE.

Please let me know.

Do you want to change the value in foundation object < Pay Component or the amount of the component which is used in Compenation Information?

This change should be in the Pay Component field in the Compensation Information.
