Connected Workarea Server not reachable

Hi Fellow Members,

I see below error message today when I log into browse a connected workarea. Does this mean URL https://education.hana.ondemand.com/education/pub/s4 is down? Is it a problem at SAP end? There was no such errors yesterday and today the connected work area seems to be unreachable.

Hi Vivek,

I've just checked my version of the same Connected WA and can access it fine, so hopefully, your version is up and running now too.  If it is not, I suspect that someone on your side is blocking the connection so you will need to get your Network people to take a look at what is blocking the connection.

Hi Shane, The connected work area was setup and working fine till yesterday. This issue showed all of a sudden. If it was a network issue, then the first creation of Connected workarea itself might have failed. Any pointers on where to check relevant logs to identify the root cause?
