Conflict of Absence in ESS/MSS

Hi Experts,

I tried to book a leave (0520-Leave type ) for an employee from 25.01.2017 to 24.03.2017 in ESS/MSS and system returned error "Conflict of absence IT2001/0520 from 19.10.2015.".What could be the reason and how to fix it .

I had checked whether any leave pending for the same employee for the dates mentioned in Error message .and so such found in PTARQ and in IT2001 .
