Conflict in description of categories in reports

Hi all,

We have created some reports and we are facing issues with the categories description. When the same ID was shared between different service categories / incident categories in the different service catalog versions, inconsistences are generated in the report.

In the chart view, the service category description is showed incorrectly. It displays the incident category description of an old version of the service catalog. The current service category and the old incident category share the same ID.

In the table view the description is showed as expected, considering the service category description.

I have used the "Service category ID" field and have changed the settings to display the description.

I have attached some imagens as evidences.

I also checked the KBAs below but these recommendations do not apply to our process once we need to create different chart views to control KPIs.
