Confirmations activity is not sending email

Dear all,

I have been using confirmation activity (9001) for so long in our testing client and it was working perfect, but today when I am testing it, its not sending email, but rather i am getting below errors in SLG1:

Customizing table T77RCF_ACT_TYPE contains no corresponding entry for []

The error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_T77RCF_ACT_TYPE======CM003 line 23

I am using activity '9001' which is there in  table T77RCF_ACT_TYPE but then why system is saying no correspondence entry found ?

Hi,

have you checked customizing?

Message is about that activity 9001 does not exist in customizing.

You are using the cat  = 9 ?

Check the report RCF_CREATE_USER

First name : workflow

Last name : batch

User name : wf-batch

Personnel number : existing PERNR (00000026)

Position : la posicion del empleado 65748354

E-mail address :  wf-batch (xxx@xxx.com)


Also check the note 746709


Also check the t.code SOST and SLG1


Check the t.code SWU3


Check the WF 51900008 using the t.code SWIA


Check the t-code SWUD, SCOT


Also check Assing Printer( Output Device )  to WF-BATCH User in TCODE - SU01
