Confirmation letters

Hi experts

In E-recruitment the activity types 1020 and 1030 send a confirmation e-mail to our candidates and the forms are specified in table V77RCF_ACT2FORM. However, we would like to send a different letter to all candidates, who apply to a specific application group.

Is this possible to set up?

I cannot find any standard activity type for this and I don’t see how to link custom activity type to applications to an application group.

In our case here we use the application group for a specific recruitment campaign.

Anyone have a suggestion on how to accomplish this?

The optimal setup for us would be:

• One letter for applications to specific job ads
• One letter for unsolicited applications
• One letter for applications which are handled by a specific application group

With respect to these letters it is less important whether the candidate is already registered in the talent database or not. We currently use the same letter for activity types 1020 and 1030.

Hello Aage,

You will have to add that in the workflow.

Application groups are only considered at application groups if you check their requisition object type which is then 1 and not 0 as for standard requisitions - field HRP5125-REQ_TYPE.

So what you mean is modify (or make a copy of) the single-step task which is called from the status change workflow and sends the documents?

That is make a change which checks the requisition type and chooses a form based on entries in table T77RCF_ACT2FORM?
